...2006 9-3 Sportcombi Aero and I LOVE it!! Super car with lots of room and honestly it feels a lot better overall. Much better handling and acceleration and it's still a hatchback. The only thing I don't really love its the fuel economy of the V6, BUT it's worth the small additional cost in my opinion. The 2.8T is a really smooth running motor with lots of torque throughout the rev range. The more highway you drive the better your mileage will be; I got about 380 Miles on my most recent tank which was mostly highway.
Try driving the 2.0 and the 2.8 and see which one you like better. Keep in mind that you'll probably be spending about $20/30 (my guess/probably less) more a week on gas and decide for yourself.
Have fun shopping!
