I am just about to get my first Saab, a 9-3 Arc with 49000km, manual tranny, sunroof and what appear to be brand new 07 model Aero wheels/tires. The price asked is CA$15500 and the car was originally registered 11May04 and has had a total of 7 oil changes since new, the most recent being two weeks ago. Outside and in the car is a gem and I am having a Saab mechanic run a diagnostics test on the car before i sign on the dotted line. The car has had the driver body control module (electric window lift?) and the heater distribution motor replaced under warranty last Oct by the local Saab dealer. Apparently there is an outstanding recall which is something to do with the key (need to research this more) which the leasing comapny selling the car will have fixed. The car looks like it has just had oil changes done and there isnt really any mention of any big servicing done from the info I currently have. I have one query, it looks like Pennzoil 5/30 was used in two of the oil changes. Is this the right oil as I know nothing about these things? I assume the diagnostics will find anything wrong including the turbo?

Anything I have to be careful of in particular?
