2008 9-3 Sputtering and stalling

I recently purchased a brand new 2008 9-3 areo with a total of 375 miles on it. I had the car a total of 4 days before I started having a problem. The car started up just fine but then started sputtering and idling sporadically. After driving it for 200 ft the car stalled when I stopped at a stop sign. After the car stalled I tried to restart the car. It would crank but not turn over. Also the check engine light was now illuminated. I ended up having the car towed back to the dealership where I bought it. When they got to servicing my car the check engine light was no longer illuminated and the car was running perfectly. The discovered that the fuel pump control module was shorting out. They replaced the module and took it for a test drive. The car drove fine for about 10-15 miles and then started sputtering again as well as the check engine light coming back on. The dealership started to think that the wiring harness to the fuel pump control module was causing the short but have now ruled that out. They are now thinking that there might be a block in the fuel lines. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with a similar situation? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated…. the dealership is starting to grab at straws here…. thanks
