'06 2.0T Sport Combi with 5 speed auto
I have noticed that when upshifting from 2d to 3d that there seems to be a clean upshift, firm acceleration in new gear - engine takes load, but this lasts for only a second or so, then a firm slide into what feels like a higher gear where it stays until the upshift to 4th. Unless 3d gear is more complicated than I realize, this doesn't seem to be a proper shift. Any automatics out there shift like this?
