The strips for use with the roof rails are a different part, with openings for the roof rail mounting feet at specific locations. A highly skilled body shop, with factory drawings (or a set of roof rail trim strips laying on the bench for comparison/measurement) "may" be able to modify the w/o roof rail strips to work.
But how much will you be paying for that skilled labor?
