Remove cables from battery.
Connect battery cables together using a piece of wire to drain all module memories.
Charge up battery using a battery charger.
Hook battery cables to battery again.
Try to lock and unlock the car and see if that changes anything. If not, you need to tow it to a Saab shop.
Remember to try to move steering wheel back and forth while turning the key if the wheels are weighing to hard on the steering wheel lock module.
These cars does not like to be jump started and don't be surprised if your radio unit (ICM) have gone bad.
