The auto up/anti pinch function is cumbersome and full of problems on the early cars to say the least but also, not all cars were equipped with it.
It would take a Saab shop with the Tech 2, TIS 2000 with security clearance, interest and knowledge about the system to be able to shed some light on the problem.
But as I read into your post, the passenger window does not work at all, at all times? Neither up or down using any switch?
That could be any electric issue with the passenger window motor itself like a bad elevator.
The auto up not working on any of the windows could be that they have actually turned off that function using the Tech 2 just because they had too many problems with it or that at some point and time, some work has been done to the car and the mechanic forgot to Add that feature back into the car using the Tech 2.
Does the driver side master switch have two positions (detents) when you lift the power window switch. If you can't feel two clicks when lifting the switch, it doesn't have auto roll up.
