Have had some minor issues, nothing major though. The only things I've had to deal with so far are annoyances, nothing that would keep me off the road. The only thing I haven't dealt with is a (possibly) bad sensor, my traction control cuts out occasionally, usually when pulling into my driveway at 5 MPH or less, on dry pavement, making a sharp turn, that's why I assume it's a bad sensor. Early on, had it in for the bushings (made excess noise on cold days), a clicking noise when turning (wheel bearings lubed), and my OffStar unit died and was replaced, then started to go again (it's analog, so I had it disabled when Saab sent the dealers the OK/instructions to do that). Though '04 was the first year for the 'vert, the rest of the model was actually new in '03. From what I've read on this board, there were more problems with that year.
