Without knowing what fault codes are stored, or being able to read the control modules values, it's hard to diagnose.
Most common items would be a faulty steering wheel lock motor itself or a faulty ISM (Ignition switch module). Usually these problems happen when trying to start the car, not when the car is moving.
Have you had it to a dealer yet for this issue?
