I have checked all bulbs. I was familiar with the small lamps used when parking since the '95 I have owned since '98 is equipped with them. All lamps are lit in both driving and parking modes. Checked after dark. The position indicator lamp is apparently the amber, bumper mounted lens with a lamp behind it. My car does not have Xenons, so I don't believe that the bulletin applies, but it could be a similar issue that might require a bulletin in the future?

Yes the car is still under warranty and I have called our local dealer about the issue. Will probably take it in sometime next week to try to determine the fault. I'll post what we find out.
