I had a customer with the same seat concern on an 04 CV. We could not duplicate the concern, but over time we replaced the switch, then the module and then the seat wiring harness. The customer still insisted that 2 and 3 would not hold. There are no other components in the system. I had a talk with the couple myself and explained that only some external influence could be causing this. They were still under warranty for their next 3 visits or so, but after I explained that everything had been replaced they never mentioned it again.
