Start by replacing either the level sending unit PN22672171 or if it has 100k+ miles and your planning to keep the car, throw a new pump assembly in PN12805467. It is common for the sending unit to fail such as your has.
If you continue to have a evap leak, check the fuel cap. Saab has a recall out on some years, and I have replaced many many caps as well for evap codes.
The SAI code is for the SAI pump inop when its started cold. It is PN12791957 also another common failure. The pump is only on 2003 models. Be sure to replace valve PN12791285 using gasket PN90470423 at the same time or the new pump will soon fail as well. If you have access to a Tech 2, there is a program activation to turn on the SAI to test the pump standalone.
