which you may need to have made yourself at a machine shop. Saab wheels are "hub centered", which is kind of common since, well, the 1950s. The lugs do not hold the wheel in perfect position - the raised part in the center of the hub holds the wheel perfectly centered - within .002 inches or so. A flat spacer won't do that. You need one with a center counter bored hole the same diameter as that on your Saab wheel and a raised center rim that mates with the wheel diameter.
If it's an aftermarket wheel, you may find that its center hole is larger than that on a Saab wheel. Aftermarket makers tend to bore out the center to match the largest hub they know of and supply "centering rings" to bring the ID down to mate with the car in question.
