Maybe you can send yours out to Wasyl at Saabradio for repair.
Do you know if the shop plugged another one in and verified it that way that it was bad.
It's tricky to fault trace these systems and the very best way is to plug in a good working unit before calling it a fix.
A bad ICM can act up in a similar way with dead display and a bad Amp1 can still work but create massive static in one speaker alone. So it is several fail scenarios of different units. That's why I don't dare to promise a repair until I have tested with a good unit.
