'06 Aero Combi. I had the car to the dealer last week to diagnose ABS failure. Turns out it was just right rear wheel sensor which I elected to repair myself. Because I also noticed that the Column Lock had stopped working, Tech A spent some time trying to restore various modules including apparently the BCM. In the end it was decided to replace wheel sensor first before going further. In the process the customization programmed just after delivery, lighting, locks etc, were returned to the defaults. When I took the car back two days later, Tech B couldn't find the ROW lighting setting I originally had which allows the the Xenon DRL to be off in the parking light position. He said he had choice of 'USA' 'Europe' or 'Canada' none of which allowed DRL to be switched off. He did say they had just updated their system. He offered to try again if I could get him info as to which setting was required. Is DRL deactivation still possible with latest TECH 2 Software? I've replaced the city lights with bright LED's for DRL to spare the Xenons. 2006 is particularly hard on them as it strikes them once on ignition on, and again after start.
