i hit a deer 2 months ago and the front end needed replaced along w/ the radiator. Other than that the car still ran fine. After the body shop worked on it they called and said it wouldn't hold a charge & I needed a new battery- they wanted 2 charge me double what a battery cost so I picked it up & got a new one. The guy at the battery wrhse told me the shop must have dropped the battery b/c 1 of the connectors was broken and couldn't have possibly been in my car that way. So $90 out of pocket on top of deductible.
Then of course my car STILL won't start and they are saying it's the starter now. I don't understand. My car ran fine prior to them working on it and now it won't start so I now have to pay to have my car towed somewhere else to get worked on and then more out of pocket expenses for diagnostics and to be fixed... and they put a few gallons of oil in my car (w/o my consent) and charged me $103!!! so there's almost $200 out of pocket on top of the deductible...
Any advice? I'm freaking out here!
