I have a friend with a 2003 9-3 ARC 4door. She has a lock failure display on the SID and the drivers door won't lock nor will the windows work nor can she open the trunk. I have not seen the car yet nor been able to see if any codes exist. Any help as to what I am looking at ? I have looked thru the WIS and it seems that the windows are not connected to the door lock system. Am I going to need a Tech 2 to figure this out. Any help is appreciated. I am an old timer SAAB mechanic who loves my Sonett and my classic 900's , but has to learn these new cars.
