Just replaced mine (Manual Climate Control resistor that is separate from the blower motor housing- same as Cadillac Catera, which is an easier part to find). You have to remove 5 screws for the glovebox (3 inside, 2 below by feet), then remove the black plastic "kick" guard. You'll see the blower motor housing- big black, round thing. If it is the MCC, the power supply runs from the separate resistor, so just follow the wire that is plugged into the front of the blower motor housing to the left to find the resistor. It pulls down from the air vent (air stream keeps it cool)- you'll see a clip on the left hand side that needs to be pulled to the side. The resistor itself is silver metal and "spiky". If the blower won't turn off, it is most definitely the resistor. If it is the blower motor itself, it will be chirping (bearing going) or just not turn on. If you have the MCC, find a salvage yard and get a Catera resistor (found mine for $40) and plug it back in and you're good to go.
