Fold the housing forward then push on the mirror's outer edge. You will see two prongs of the wire clip that holds it in from the inboard side of the mirror. I think they all have heated mirrors, so you will see the wires for that too. With a pick or small screwdriver you push the prongs of the clip inward to release the clip. When you get the new one just install the clip and press it on to the motor housing.
