Has anyone here had much real world experience with a 9-3X? I've talked with the local dealer's service manager and a former mechanic at the dealer that is now working for an independent shop. Both gave the car pretty good marks.
There are a couple of new 9-3X's that I'm considering. One is nearby, the other out of state. I test drove the nearby one yesterday and found it to be a very enjoyable ride.
I'm looking to replace my '85 900T (my 2nd car) which is still very nice but is getting up there in years to use as a commuter car. My kids will be old enough to drive in a couple years time. I'd much prefer them driving something with airbags, ABS, etc., all things that the 900T does not have. The addition of AWD would be great to have here in the Mountain West too.
Any comments positive or negative about the 9-3X would be greatly appreciated. If they're related to parts availability, I've already jumped that fence so to speak as I bought a 2nd gen 9-5 early last fall in the days of pre-bankruptcy. I'd imagine 9-3 parts would be more plentiful than the 9-5.
