Wheel bearing lubrication

Greetings Everyone:
I've been hearing the infamous 'whooop whoooop whoooop' noise from my front drivers side. Granted, I went cheap on tires and I cannot rule out road noise over a possible spent wheel bearing. I rotated the tires and every time the noise remains so you would think wheel bearing, right. I then put the donut spare on the front end and the noise went away, so now one would think it is crummy tires. When I jack the car up and spin the wheel, it sounds fine or at least no different than the others. The noise is louder at slow speeds than high and when I steer left I hear it loud and when I steer right I dont hear a thing so I really dont know which it is honestly. The car drives fine with no real vibrations and still steers and drives straight. Are there any suspension parts that could get loose? The wheel is also very tight.
My questions then is as follows, is it possible to somehow lubricate the wheel bearing without taking the whole hub assembly off? If nothing else, I dont see how that could hurt if that is possible without taking the whole thing apart. All the cv boots are still firmly attached with no signs of leaking.
Also, the car is nearing 190,000 and my manual tammy oil has around 100k on it, should I do a diy fluid change or not bother. The car still lives in the garage at night so I can tell there are no leaks (other than a bit of coolant from a weeping hose or old tank. Thanks for the input. Cheers.
