I'm not sure how to remove the cylinder, might want to do a search here or maybe someone that's done it will chime in. Otherwise, it probably wouldn't cost a lot to have a dealer or indy remove it, you send it for repair, and then they'd put it back in. The fluid will likely need to be topped off, too. I'm sure that Charles River Saab in Watertown could help you out, but there is a good Saab indy in Methuen too if that's closer - Foreign Auto Works.
