The only special tool you really need is the CV shaft pusher that pushes the axle out of the hub. Eeuro sells it. It's different than the older style in that you can't really hammer it out with the nut left on the end. If you live in the northeast, there's a good chance the threads might self destruct when you take off the axle nut. Even taking a wire wheel to axles in the shop to clean up the threads before removing the nut, they still ruin themselves sometimes.
A full 1/2 drive E-torx set and regular 1/2 inch drive socket set and you should be fine. Common tools for these cars. A big hammer helps to beat the old wheel bearing/ABS sensor assembly out from the back of the knuckle.
