Instrument Cluster Acting Up

Two days ago, parts of my instrument cluster started acting up. One part of cluster (climate control part or radio display) would shine brightly for a second and then dim to the normal level. The other time the radio display shone as bright as it could so I had to turn the car off and on again in order to "bring" it back to normal levels. Third time, the display on the top of the dash shone brightly for a moment.
Any similar experiences? Should I re-seat all relays and fuses (fuse 14 is controlling radio, infotainment system and control panel). The car has never had any electrical issues. It is 2006 93 SC.
Thanks
