Owners of these new generation cars using highly sensitive electrical CAN system needs to be aware of how important it is with a steady voltage supply to all components.
We have now reach the era where 15 years ago the joke was.
"If Microsoft built cars"
We wouldn't think twice if engine stalled, you rolled to the side of the road, rebooted the car and kept going on your merry way.
That time is now where your car needs what's popularly called "life sustaining voltage"
When the voltage drops and some of the modules hooked up on the CAN network drops out of sight, it can create all kinds of weird problems making no sense at all.
And all problems are gone with a new battery installed or a new ignition switch.
