They say the gauge is finickity. The wrong brand of gas for awhile and it just quits.
This happened to me last week for the first time but by putting Techron in the tank, the gauge resumed working.
Q: Dealer suggested replacing the tank's sending unit, but didn't know at the time the gauge resumed function using Techron.
Any similar experiences/suggestions?
We're under warranty. I'm thinking a new sending unit might not be as finickity.
