There is not a rear central jackpoint that i know of. What you can do is lift it from both jack points (with two scissor jacks, floor jacks, bottle jacks, etc) and then put backup suuports elsewhere. Since these backup points would not be legitimate load-bearing points, you would not want the weight on them, just keep it on the original two jacks. This serves as a safety for YOU... not really the car.
