Loose screw fell out of car

2007 9-3 SS Aero
So I stop to fill up my fuel and I hear this drop out from under my car... Unfortunately, I'm not 6 inches tall and cannot see where it belongs.
Torx Safety Head, blunt tip, roughly 3.5" to 4", considerably thick. Screw was cool to the touch when I picked it up which makes me think that it's non-machinery related. Could it possibly be a seat frame screw?
I found it laying alongside the driver's side, forward of the driver's side rear tire. I'm not saying that's where it came from, just where I found it. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
For what it's worth, I did not notice any immediate change in city driving comfort for approximately 8-10 miles, and I have thrown no codes. So basically, this giant screw fell out and my car is running fine...so far.
Come to think of it, I initially heard the screw fall at the very moment that the gas nozzle entered the filler neck. That however is on the opposite side of the car from where I located the screw, although it could have easily bounced to the driver's side. Please tell me it's not a gas tank fastener.
