Unless you disconnected the lines going to the trnasmsison cooler and lost some ATF in the process. The engine coolant is isolated in the other half of the cooler and draining the engine coolant will not affect the ATF level.
That being said, if you are doing all the work of changing out the radiator you should also drain and re-fill the transmisison too if it hasn't been done recently.
Assuming you have a 5-speed automatic you will need 4 quarts of Aisin Type T-IV or Mobil 3309 ATF. The Aisin Type T-IV was formerly labeled as Toyota Type T-IV fluid since Toyota owns all or most of Aisin. I always measure the volume of fluid that drains out and add back an equal amount. Usually 3-3/4 to 4 quarts.
