2006 Saab 9-3 Turbo Issues

So we recently got a 2006 Saab 9-3 and completely fell in love with the car. Gave it a name and everything (the lovely Sabrina). After a few days of beautiful driving, she is giving us some issues that we can't quite place. The car seems to be jolting a bit when decelerating to the second and first gear. Keep in mind, this darling has had her oil, transmission fluids, brake pads, and tires changed within the week. We brought it into a Cadillac dealership because they have a certified Saab specialist. They told us the issue was two totaled engine mounts, so we changed them. The problem was still there, but less noticeable. We brought her in again so they can figure it out, and they decide the entire transmission needs changing but can't give us a reason why. It's complete BS. They apparently can't run any tests on it or some nonsense like that but have magically decided its the issue. The car drives beautifully otherwise, so we were just hoping to ask around and figure out what the issue could be because we absolutely do not believe the entire transmission needs replacing.
Hoping to hear back form someone about their opinion on what the issue could be! Thanks kindly all!
