In a 2003 9-3 the speedometer used to light up to I think 90mph and would light up the rest of the speedometer if you went near 90mph.
In a 2006 Aero SS, the whole speedometer is illuminated from zero+.
However, recently I drove a friends 2006 Aero SportCombi and it was like the 2003, it only illuminates to 90mph unless you near 90mph where it then illuminates the remainder of the speedo.
Did Saab briefly change this in 2006?
