One of the rear calipers bleeder was leaking for a while and now it won't screw properly.
I have a column mounted drill and a tap and die set, and I can find oversized bleeders at Doorman Help (http://www.finddormanhelp.com/Search?pcat=4&cat=10). But my concern is the fact these are aluminium bodied calipers, I've never tried to tap such material. Is it doable ?
If not, I guess replacement is the only appropiate repair...
This car spent a year in a BMW parking lot before the previous owner bought it. And it spent most of its life in a heated garage, either at home or at work or both. That's the perfect recipe for rust in our salty environment...
