I bought a couple of replacement cases on EBay about 2 years ago. The one's I bought are made of hard plastic instead of rubber, so they haven't worn out like the original oem one's do. The writing has worn off, but the plastic cases are as good as the day I bought them. I don't remember the name of the seller, but you should be able to search for them on EBay. If I remember correctly, they were around $30-35 each.
If you care about the "emergency" key in the end of the fob, make sure you get the right one, There are two different versions depending on the year - one with a groove down the center of the key, and one without. My 2009 9-3 SportCombi does not have the groove. They are not the same size. You will need to find a locksmith to have them cut - about $10 each.
Replacing the fob is easy, simply open the old case, move the circuit board and battery to the new fob, and you're done. No programming is necessary.
