I finally got around to checking the voltage at the low beam bulbs. It's around 14 volts, so should be full voltage. I have played with aim adjustment, and really made no improvement. I also installed new 100watt bulbs. I see that another member replaced both headlight assemblies and felt that it solved the problem. I'm willing to do that, but it just doesn't make sense to me as the current ones seem OK. I've cleaned the lenses. On the other hand, the low beams have their own "projector style" lens. I'm open to suggestions as I'm currently using this car to commute 150 miles a day & driving with the high beams on all the time bugs me.
