Top is always up, storage down. when driving from a stop, I get the "...obstruction..." message even though I'm not operating the top controls. This message auto clears after 5 seconds. It reappears every time I accelerate from about 4mph, but auto clears. If I try to operate the top, I get the "...contact dealer..." message. Since the storage is down, I would have expected the top to work, but it appears the controller is looking for the storage sensor to indicate storage is up, and gives this fault message when conditions are not what it expects. It appears the storage sensor is in the right place but I haven't pulled and tested it.
Car's at Dirito Saab right now, am hoping they can tell me specifically which sensors are causing the fault. If I can replace the plunger control cable I'd expect it to work; if not, will start testing sensors.
