If you read your first post slowly again, you state there are no keys.
Now you say there are two working keys with the spare CIM. Ok
Certainly, it would work using a used CIM with its 2 programmed keys.
You probably wouldn't have had the remove and add the ECM since that one syncs up to the used CIM when you do the add of CIM.
Not sure why the rear door locks would stop working after this procedure but maybe they were not working before either due to the normal failure of lock actuators.
