Sounds like the pinch protection of the auto roll up features is not calibrated.
You can try first to roll down the window and hold the button pushed down for a few seconds and then roll up the window up and hold the button up for a few seconds and try that twice until you hear a beep.
If that doesn't work, you have to pull out the fuse for driver door module to break the power and reset the module and then do the procedure described above.
