Thoughts on timing chain broken guide

So I have a broken timing chain guide, I could not tell this from visual inspection from from above in head, there was no chain slack up n the head at all. Thinking it was a bad balance chain tensioner, I removed the engine front access panel, and found broken plastic guide parts from the right side or radiator side of timing chain, this timing chain, guides, gears, balance chain and tensioner all new, replaced year and half ago, car has been sitting for a year, last PO gave up on it, to expensive to replace again, So car has bad guide and a saggy chain only on right side of motor, has about 3000 miles on repair, do I replace all guides gears and chain, even if chain shows no stretch at cam gears and tensioner? Or do I just replace the fuide
