Too bad SAAB didn't make this rubber tube some color other than black. Very difficult to see the tube in the video, and apparently it was also difficult for the camera to decide what was the correct focal length!
Eventually the camera got it right, the short rubber tube became clearly focused, and the spool of fishing line suddenly made sense (I watched the video at work with the sound off).
Your weather condition experience matches what we recently encountered. Cooler temps, no need for A/C cooling, but lots of short rain spells in Pittsburgh this weekend driving up the humidity levels and need for dehumidifying/defrosting.
Also interesting to see that SAAB/GM deleted the plastic trim cap on the console panel screw after the 2005 model year. I know from removing that panel to replace the blower motor (twice) that our 2006 does not have that cap. How much did that elimination save GM?
This will make my wife happy by knowing "her baby" doesn't have anything seriously wrong.
