PO67 will be set when the two 12VDC power voltage sources to the ECU do not match. Recommend looking at wiring diagram sheet #4 using WIS for the T8. Sources of the voltage come from various other components (main engine power relay, ignition switch, etc.) Testing for the multiple supply voltage values at the ECU for being equal will tell you where to look. ECU would be bad if the voltages are the same. If they are not, look for things other than the ECU.
Turbine not spooling up in speed can be waste gate control solenoid, waste gate valve actuator, or bad turbine bearings. If bad bearings, it can lead to bearing oil seal leak and oil into intake manifold.
General AC leak locations are the compressor, lower condenser coil leak (in front of radiator) damage due to object impact, thermo expansion control valve seal rust (behind valve, sometimes a "bear" to fix), and evaporator coil leak behind the dash.
