9-3SS AUX help!

I just got home from my dealership who told me that they WILL not activate my AUX-IN port on my radio, even though I gave them the Tech II steps to do this. They said that Saab will not let them do it. I know that many people have had this done, and I'm just trying to get mine activated. I called Saab USA who told me that aux will not be available until 2006 vehicles and they will not retrofit the 03-05 cars without violating the warranties. Ok, this is a lie. Aux is an option now, it just needs to be activated. Regardless....does anyone know what I can tell them so they will activate this?

Side note: I'm in Chicago, so if anyone here is from Chicago and has had their aux turned on at a dealer/indy here, please let me know who did it, because I will probably have to go there. Thanks for all of your help.
