I got my '03 9-3SS Arc at Goodman. I found the salespeople to be sincere, helpful and generally great to deal with. The Finance Department, however, wasn't quite the same. I had financing ready through my Credit Union, but when I went in for delivery, they suddenly decided that if I didn't finance through one of their "approved" finance sources I couldn't get my car that day (and they offered me a higher rate to boot!).I was adamant and firm that if I left that day without the car, I would not be coming back. After much whining they agreed and delivered the car. They had known all along that I was financing through my CU, but they never mentioned anything and it became an issue only at delivery. After the sale, however, I have found the Saab service contact at Goodman to be helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable for the services done.
