Raised my eyebrows a little bit because there's no such thing. Lowest I've seen is 7 miles. Because the car has been around so long it could have even a couple of hundred miles.

Sounds like a decent buy.

I would imagine that at that price the dealer has already reported the car sold to gain the maximum incentives and the warranty has started. So even though it may have very low miles, the warranty may have already started, most likely as of Dec 2nd because that was the last day for the big incentive. It may also have been registered, so again, even thought it has almost no miles, it could be a used car.

Warranty and registration dates starting in December ain't so bad, wouldn't put me off the deal, but it's something to consider.

And I hope the reason the car has been hanging around so long isn't because it was hiding in the body shop. The dealer would be required to disclose bodywork over $500, but they wouldn't tell you about it upfront. They would wait until after you had agreed to buy the car and then try and slide it by you. Ask them point blank.
