We had saab replace our 2003 with a 2004 because they 2003 stalled and they couldn't fix it. Guess what, the 2004 does the same blasted thing! We have had every patch known to man and even tried raising the idle by 50 RPM.

Can I verify the 'symptoms' we have noticed a common thread on ours:
- We almost never have the turbo boost over halfway up (taking it easy)
- Approx 30-40 MPH
- Usually coasting i.e. up to a stoplight or down a hill
- Air temperature around 50 degrees
- Engine is 'cold' like within the first 5 minutes of starting the vehicle

A this point it is painfully obvious they don't have a fix. I am going to push them for a 9-5 or have them cash me out and go buy something that my wife isn't scared to drive.
