After that a dealer could charge you for Tech II adjustments. OBTW a Tech II is a handheld diagnosis tool the dealer (some independants have 'em) that plugs in to that plug just above the brake pedal. Saab pays for these adjustments at the 30 day service. After that it's up to the individual dealers discretion what, if any to charge.
If your car is a 2002 9-3 Convertible, the old chassis, you can disable the DRL's by just pulling a fuse.
If it's a 2003 9-3SS sedan it can only be done with a Tech II. Make sure if they disable your DRL's that your fog lights still work properly. This requires a "rest of the world" or European setting that some dealers aren't comfortable doing, or don't understand.
Do a search for DRL's, daytime running lights, or Tech II options.
