wiring problems on '03 9-3?

I have an '03 9-3 Linear that was bought in April 2003. I have never had a Saab before and am wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problems as I have. Also if you can tell me why it happens so the dealership will take me seriously!
The light that illuminates the fan and temperature knobs has burnt out twice on my car. I got it fixed once, the dealership said it was a wiring problem. Shortly after that, I noticed that when the left turn signal was on, and the air temeperature was above 60 degrees, the signal would start going double-time when the car was stopped. As soon as I started moving again, it would slow down. The dealership said this was a burned-out bulb, and replaced a bulb, but the double-time signal remained. Now the signal is going fast (but only when I'm stopped) AND the knobs are dark. Any suggestions?
