Usually i don't enter into "color" discussions but am in fact deciding the same thing on a convertible 9-3 at this moment . . . my thoughts for what they are worth:
We are probably going Parchment Silver b/c it is far and away the best looking, since it matches the Parchment interior. They just look great together with the top down. However, I find it just slightly feminine.
The yellow is the second prettiest IMHO but my wife hates it as does my sister. Hates it. If you get it, I would lease it, as there is a real chance no one will buy it down the road or at least that resale will be highly impacted.
Safest overall is Steel Grey . . . so we'll see. Deciding tomorrow myself!
