Henry, serpertine belt is recommended to replace by SAAB USA. My dealership told me if I need to replace my belt, it would be extra. Meaning replacing serpertine belt is NOT part of 60K service. I would maybe buy one and carry it in the trunk if you are really worried/don't want to get stuck. I don't know what my situation is since my 60K service will be sometime in this month or in October. Hopefully they will tell me that my belt doesn't need to be replaced yet.
