The ECU opens the IAC a bit more than usual when on idel to accomodate higher loads from fans and/or AC compressor. So I would check the IAC for deposits and binding. Cleaning needs to be carb cleaner spray. Work well away from vehicle as it will eat paint. Put some motor oil inside at the swing gate pivots as the carb spray is an agressive degreaser. Oil from this getting into air flow is harmless. Clean the TB while you are at it. Can be cleaned with a cloth and mild spirits. But if spray is used, a couple of drops of oil...
TB deposits can throw off the IAC functioning as it will then need to accomodate a different base flow. IAC binding is a real problem. Plugs gap/fouling or injector fouling could only make a marginal issue worse.
Glad to hear that your pump issue was minor.. as such things go. So now, you must have a really good mechanics rash or other wounds.
