I would immediately contact CK Paden and order a rear sway bar, front sub frame brace and the steering clamp and brace and call Tire Rack and order 17" aftermarket rims with Pirelli P-Zero-Nero All Season High Performance Tires. The latter offer the best ride and handling.
The 60,000 mile is critical as are oil changes. Find a good trusted dealer or Indy and expect to pay a lot for parts and labor. These cars should be maintained as you would a boat or aircraft. This means do not wait for parts to wear out but do scheduled maintenance.
I have 99 9-3 S and I simply love it. 60K plus and very few problems. Replaced the catayltic converter under warranty. Also replaced the DI although probably did not need to do so. Other than that the car has been A-OK. I love it and I mean it is a mean machine that can be driven hard at high speed 80Mph to 100mph for miles and miles across the interstates of MO, IL, IN and OH in comfort and safety and it always arrives on time.
Without the suspension mods, the car is prone to tramlining (the front sub frame brace and new tires really help eliminate the this). Make sure warrantly work on the engine was performed for oil leaks due to under torqued screws. Other than that, reserve money now for the inevitable repair bills. Understand that it is very easy to incur $800 to $1500 repair bills for worn parts and labor for such things as breaks, scheduled maintenance, major components replacements etc. However, its no more expensive than vet bills for a race horse.
